Walmart Supercenter

Clean and I was able to find everything needed. There were employees working hard on pulling items in for clearance and others stocking so there were a few times, I had to redirect, but that's expected. Also, watch out for the curbside employees. They travel those aisle hot and fast and don't really say excuse me or interact at all. But again, not sure they are required to. I still enjoy my visits here and will continue.

Great Wal-Mart as they go. Was able to find help and a young man Skyler was amazing. A glass fell and broke while I was in an aisle and he was there before I could find help. Said he heard it and came right over! When I complimented him to his manager, he told me Skyler was not feeling well that day! We truely need more like this young man!

Walmart is my favorite store - especially for produce! They have beautiful produce and it’s always so clean anro each area. Employees are so willing to help if you need to locate anything. I’ve gotten so I buy their brand of canned green beans because I tried them when they were out of Delmonte and they had more beans and less liquid in the cans! They also have smaller green beans and not big round ones!

I frequently visit the Challenger Ave. Walmart near Bonsack, Va.; recently renovated. This can be a very busy location depending on the time of day, day of the week, and holidays. It is my opinion that Walmart has become much more competitive in the Grocery segment offerings, visit this location if you're interested. Employees are busy; will still take the time to pleasantly help if needed. Now, I must address my disappointment; There are 20+ checkout registers, & 12 self-checkout registers at this location. I visited this location recently when customers were standing in line for approximately 10 minutes to check out. THREE checkout registers, and SIX of the self-checkout on each side of the store were open. There was a sign located at self-checkout stating the ( Walmart APP ) offers expedited check-out; for a PAID subscription. I'm already buying and bagging the product; usually at the self-checkout. Now you want me to Pay to check out... Really ?

We had our oil changed at our local Walmart and headed south for vacation. When we got to Roanoke our car was smoking. The auto team were very nice and helped us get back on the road. It wasn’t how we wanted to start our vacation, but I’m grateful they were to fix what our Walmart didn’t.
